Can parents make a payment from the Student Portal?

Yes, if parents have been granted access to the Student Portal and Online Payments have been enabled in the "Studio Settings", parents can log in and make a payment to your studio.

In order for parents to do so:

1. Log in to your My Music Staff account with your email address and the Student Portal password emailed to you by the teacher.
2. Click on "Account & Invoices" from the main menu on the left.
   
3. Click on the green "Make a Payment" button.
   
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay and follow the onscreen prompts.
